We have a JD 16row striptill bar and just switched it from the tach sytem to feild IQ and we are having some problem.  We have a montag 2 bin cart that i am having a hard time calbrating. We did the calculations with this info


RPM sensor reads 360 pul/rev

1.57 gear raito


.0016 Cubic/ft/rev/row and there is 8 rows so every rev of shaft is .0128 ft3


If we understand this correct the calbration # in Feild IQ is pulse per ft3 (maybe we are wrong here but no one knows)


So that would say that to get 1 ft3 out the auger shaft would need to turn 78.125 time and with a gear ration of 1.57 and 360 puls per rev that is 44156puls/ ft3.
when we actulay do a calbration and enter the correct lbs it disharges in the test it say the calbration number is .390921.  What are we Doing wrong can anyone HELP
