Thanks for reply, was told the product delay is just the amount of time to system waits before making a rate change. Capstan rep says he has seen 0 to 3 seconds and hasnt made a difference. Dealer says next version does something to virtual terminal that messes up norac...... Seems like too many companies trying to make their products work together
