SE Virginia | I spent 3 hours with stellar support today. Tried everything they could think of. Went back to "answers" section on stellar support and kept searching until I found what appeared to be my problem (moisture sensor not communicating max and min readings to harvest monitor). Said to contact dealer about solution # 84636. Called support back to ask what solution 84636 was. Answer: 2600 software update will not communicate min and max moistures with harvest monitor, use moisture values in "totals" page.
bottom line: it is broke and we haven't fixed it. | |
