Your agronomist can do a "layer export" from EASi Suite and it will produce a shapefile for every soil test layer, all in one pop.   I'm sure SMS can import shapefiles, but I'll defer to people more familiar with SMS to tell you if you can do them in bulk, or must do them one at a time.
