Those who just want to call when they can't remember how to set an AB line, will not come to the class. they will just call as usual. I had a customer that call 12 times in one day last year. Everytime it was to set a new AB line. This happend daily for 2 weeks until his sprayer broke down. This is an extreme situation, as some people rarely if ever call for help.


I'm sure there are all kinds. Maybe give a discount on support if they attend the class and can pass a proficiency test? Most folks understand $.
