As stated above - clean consistent power is extremely important to EZ-STEER. If it is making a poor connection then you will experience issues with Terrain Compensation - some worse than others. Be very careful to not brown out the power once the EZ-STEER is running. For example - if you turn on EZ-STEER then crank the motor then you may experience issues with EZ-STEER as it will brown out the electrical system.
If you get the power situation fixed and are still experiencing the issue then you might want to try a 2nd EZ-STEER (SCM) Controller to see if the issue remains with the new controller or not. Your dealer may have a demo unit that you might be able to use (it would have to go through the Terrain Compensation calibration). If it is remedied by the 2nd controller then it will need to go into Ag Express Electronics for additional diagnostics and repair. Good Luck !!
