If you have some way of picking this signal up, then it is possible to input External DGPS Corrections into a CFX750. I have used an AG114 as a DGPS base (Since we don't have WAAS over here). Firmware versions 1.05 & 1.07 would randomly reset the GPS Setup back to Defaults (Waas/Egnos) and loose corrections, but Version 1.09 seems to have fixed that.
