Subject: RE: Coast Guard signal

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
This correction signal is often referred to as "Beacon". I have never seen any reference to it with the CFX-750.

As D.G. states, most newer receivers do not support Beacon. The problem being that you need to be within a reasonable distance from a tower. In the early days before WAAS, we used Beacon quite a bit as it was our only free choice. We were within range of the Beacon Station/Tower near Saint Paul. This facility was setup mainly for traffic on the Mississippi River.

There may be a way to use an external receiver and input the correction information into a CFX-750, but I have never explored the idea.
