If you're talking about a 440, 4400, etc, no. Those controllers cannot do automatic section control. That's why you have to add a Smartboom module.
With the new AFS AccuControl, you could add an AccuControl Section Control Module to do automatic section control through the Pro 700; the SCM would be used in place of the Smartboom system.
