I have noticed that the odd time on with my Insight in previous years. I just had the Integra for a few acres and so far has not happened.
Could it be inaccruate temp or moisture sensor ? If the beans were damp and you did not clean out the moisture sensor maybe it would give the wrong reading till you had enough new beans going through.
