thank you much for the help, that fixed the speed problem, figured is was something simple
and also....if i change regions on my screen, will that clear my map i currently have?? and also, will i be able to export this map as a shape file in one way or another and be able to see the different regions as attributes, and also be able to get this map into apex and over lay my different rates/instinct etc on one map to compare yield??
