I don't have a solution, but did find something interesting.  I did a quick search for Nissan 16174 and got several hits.  However, the results were for things like 16174-17C00, 16174-12G00, 16174-69A10.  A listing on ebay that has been closed showed a part 16174-69A10 with an electrical connection.
