| Growcorn, you will have to merge the two layers. Unfortunately, we do this annually.
I am a little fuzzy on what happens to the variety data from a technical sense. Sometimes, from experience, it seems to pull in the replant variety ok, and other times I notice that it didn't change in the combine when it was obviously a replant spot. So, I never know if that was an operator error or if there is some layering instead of true combining.
Short answer is you will need to merge the layers to get variety locator to function like it's supposed to. (Although, about 14hrs ago, I realized that it's not always foolproof when you do this.) | |
