Ha! Interesting....

In other parts of the industrialized world tethering isn't needed because the capability is inherent to the device (laptops/netbooks/tablets, etc.). But US providers refuse to enable this feature and US providers refuse to provide the bandwidth that is available in other countries.

Why will US providers not allow sufficient bandwidth? Lithuania can but the US won't; I use won't because US providers can but refuse to. Is it ethical we be constrained in such a way??
