NW Washington | I had a problem with my old HP printer and a new Window 7 computer. Mine recognized the printer but would not print.
My computer guy got it running by getting a driver from Microsoft. He said that HP passed the drivers for old printers to Microsoft and that the one that Windows 7 automatically installed when I hooked up the printer did not work right.
Long story short he got it running and straightened out some other stuff and I thought his fee was $30 well spent. | |
