The hard drive on this computer is down to 37% free and getting sluggish, though I have copied everything to an external drive and keep deleting everything I don't use regularly.  You have to click more than once for functions to operate.

It seems like whenever a hard drive is over 50% free it runs better?

I may need to replace this outdated computer, 2.66 mhz, forget hard drive size, about 6 years old, Inteleron dual processor.
