I use these for basic installs, and once you have it (if you choose that one) there are simple setup instructions included. If you need more wireless range you can get larger antennas for it.
If you are talking about wireless internet to your home you have a few different options.
1) 3G Mobile internet, get this from your cell phone company, they should also be able to assist you with setup if required.
2) Wireless point to point, usually provided by a smaller Internet Service Provider in your area, for us many of the small computer shops run wireless as a side business. If you get this make sure you get a "bullet" system. | |
