Fact is that your advise is wrong, while technically can be done it is not time or cost effective.
A garden tractor built heavy enough to do 25 acres on a yearly plan will cost over $10,000 plus implements.
an old 706 or 560 Ih can be had for cheap and that old fast hitch equipment is all over in fence rows for nothing or next to it.
How much tractor do I need?
