Steve,
I would think that my mapdot with some slight modification(cutting off the bottom) should work unless you want to do something different. Check out this post here for maps.

Then go into your control panel in the top right corner and upload it.

If you want to use a picture either upload it the same way or I can host it on my site. They are limited to a certain size and if you go to big some will complain.
