Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I would agree that a bad ground is the problem. Every time I have seen this error code it has been due to a bad ground. Usually this has happened to me on the bench where I've thrown something together temporarily for testing.
Even if all the parts of a system are not currently being utilized, this error message can pop up. I'm not sure of your wiring since there are many possible combinations.
I know that on at least one bench test situation, I've had to hook up a spare ground which I didn't think should be necessary but it did clean up the error message.
