| I've never owned a laptop but if your Macbook is getting close to a year old, get it to an Apple Store or send either the computer, charger, or both back to Apple immediately. Your warranty is about to expire and if you can get it in before it does, they will fix or replace for free. If you have to send the computer itself in, back up all your data first. If you are too far away from an Apple Store that you can take it to, call their tech support to initiate the warranty claim. You will be talking to a real, live, English speaking support person within a minute or two of calling them. | |
