| Apex had/has? a glitch that does not record the correct rate for one of the 1910 tanks (I should say it seems to have a glitch). Last fall we seeded winter wheat and the upgraded the firmware part way through. After the upgrade the rate was only recorded for one of the tanks. We feed one tank at a time so only for part of the time would an actual rate be recorded; the remainder of the field would show something like 19 lbs/ac.
I sent the data to StellarSupport (which required uploading my entire Apex backup to a web server) and after weeks they fixed one of the fields and said the problem was our documentation wasn't setup correctly in the GS2. I can't go back and prove it either way; so, I'm not saying they're wrong. It's pretty doubtful though, and I don't have much option. Unfortunately, when I asked about repairing the other fields there was no response.
It could very well be the same thing you are running into, but it's sounds a little different if it's not documenting at all. | |
