I would agree with GPS 123 - take it to the dealer and see about a warranty replacement. It is not common to have water get into the AG15 Antenna, but not impossible. A hairline crack in the base will allow it to uptake humidity and create water inside the body that can't escape. Once the water is inside it is pretty much over for that piece of hardware.
