If you want it to turn on sooner you set the turn on time higher, if you want it to turn off sooner you set the turn off time higher. I have about 50 customers using this in my area and no one has times set that low on a planter when all offsets are correct. It seems to be a common misunderstanding of how the system works on setting the values opposite of what they should be.
