Blackberry has the Blackberry desktop manager that is able to connect to various forms of contact lists. I have mine tied with my Outlook contacts at work. It can tie in with more than one list at a time as well. I have one of my contact folders set up as two way, in case I make a change on the Blackberry that I want back on the desktop. This program can handle lists of different types including spreadsheets if I recall correctly.
