United States | I have been using Quicken Deluxe for a number of years and like it a lot. Had completed entering 2010 info and ran reports. When January 2011 bank statement came there were some 2010 items so I entered the 2011 January statement. Then when I attempted to run reports I got a message that Quicken was out of memory.
I do have a lot of memory left on the computer but apparently the quicken file section is used up. How do I go in and make the quicken file larger so that I can run the reports and also continue to use it. I assume I could go in and delete earlier years records but prefer not to do that. HELP! P.S. keep it simple as I am barely computer literate. Thanks.
