Yes, sometimes I get this on my laptop with windows 7. I click diagnose connections problems, wait for it to go through it's process and it finds no problems. Then the page usually loads ok. I figured it was just congestion on the wireless net I'm using. I'll get the same thing on my desktop running XP sometimes too.
