NC Iowa | hi, been gone on a 25 anniversary trip and just now seen your question. no credit yet, but cpa got permission to deal with irs directly. found out irs had no record of recieving the additional info that was faxed to them last summer. said now they wanted the hud or loan documents. it was a cash deal so didn't have any of that. will resend info, with comfirmation, along with the attorney's trust acct. checks and closing, title and deed papers. also will send copies of electric, water, internet bills to prove she actually lives there. hope thas is enough. | |
