Hoxie, KS, Northwest Kansas		Its made by loveland products incorporated. you buy it at your local CPS. here is the link to the label http://www.cdms.net/LabelsMsds/LMDefault.aspx?pd=8938&t=1,2,3,4 then click on specimen label and it will bring up the info on it. hope this helps.
