Lenawee Co Michigan | I did that last March with a new computer. Old computer was Winders XP, new one Winders #7.
There is probably a different way to do it, but I copied all my email files in a folder, and placed them on the desktop.
After transferring the entire contents of the old machine to the new one with a transfer cable, the email folder was on the desktop of the new machine.
I then imported them into Winders Live mail from the desktop.
(edit) I didn't answer your calander question as I'm not familiar with it. I still use the paper calander on the wall :)
