Nope, it is not just you.  Frontier is really, really goofy!  I was switched from Verizon, then had a problem.  I was told it would take 6 days to get repair, it actually took 7 days.  No excuse for that.

Mediacom kept calling and asking if I wanted their cable modem phone, I laughed at them, to them Verizon was the only company I could depend on.  Now I am calling Mediacom and asking questions, but they don't offer a package I can use at this time, only one phone line to each house for some reason.

Frontier is going to get their lunch handed to them if they don't improve their corporate structure.
