Reset your mail settings in OE: Go to Tools:Accounts(Mail) and select Properties. There, you should see the settings from your Verizon e-mail settings. Frontier should have told you what the settings are for their service; change to Server settings to whatever they use and you should be good to go--assuming they didn't force changes in your User Name or Password. If they did, you need to change those, too.
