| We have an exchange student staying with us for this school year and are trying to figure out her phone situation. She is using an LG phone with a sim card in it from Germany. So far haven't had any luck dialing out on her phone. Was told by an AT&T rep today that she needs a sim card from the US and a plan to go with it. I briefly looked online before posting this and am I correct that you can buy a prepaid sim card that doesn't require signing a 2 yr agreement like most cell providers? If so does anyone have a suggestion as what to buy? Any help is appreciated, I'm sure somebody has had similiar experience. Thanks
