 North West IA/western AZ | I ordered a new Dell system 7/29 and recieved the little mini Inspiron lap top a few days later. Then nothing I checked online, was supposed to recieve it 8/13. I sent a message which was supposed to be answered in 24 hrs, nothing. This morning I start calling dell and finally got thru to India (I think) where someone told me there was a problem with payment (WTH they sent part of the order). I ask when they were going to let me know, he was sorry I didn't recieve an email about it and that I should contact my bank. I reply that it was put on a credit card, he said Ineed to contact my bank (I wish I'd gotten his name/ number). I hang up, call the CC company find out they have no problem. Now it's back to dell, 20 min. wait this time, get to talk to Vin #159286 (I'm learning). Vin advises me to call Payment verification dept 866 xxx xxxx. I say can't you transfer me? He does but I hit a deadend and have to star over. Finally talk to Chris who basically say "our bad" I'll get everything going right away. Got an email just now saying Paint shop has been shipped. Woo Hoo I'm sure going to buy Dell next time. | |
