I'm not familiar with any of those. What I do is upload to Google's picasa picture site. I can make specific folders secure so only those I give permission to can see them. I use their free Picasa program (which is my favourite photo album viewing software) to handle the uploading. Takes seconds to make the choices and a short period of time to get the pictures uploaded. I only put pictures that I want my wife to look at (does that sound bad?) in those folders. I just upload entire folders that way. Keeps it simple.
Nikon has a site like that too. It is driven by uploads from their free ViewNX 2 software. I have that too and really like it. The difference is that all the on-line folders are automatically hidden behind the security. Only those who you email with the permission code can get in. I don't think you have to actually be using one of their cameras to get storage space.
There are probably dozens of other sharing sites, some costly, some free. I happen to use Jungle Disk as my on-line backup program. It has a feature to keep folders on two computers synchronized. Or, even just allow on-line access with a login password. It has a cost, but I believe it to be very secure.
