notebooks,
netbooks,
and small iPad/iPod/smart phone
devices.
Any word processing, business, bigger screen, use as regunal computer from time to time, etc.
I kinda like cheaper laptops, they cost the same as the hyped little fad machines, and offer bigger keyboard, bigger screen, and work with a real Windows environment for about the same price as the smaller fad machines. But, if portability & small is nice, a cheap netbook or the fancy fad machines are very cool.
