"consideration" does not state if it was below market value, market value, or inflated value over market. That is the entire plus of this phrase. It keeps everyones nose out of your Effin business. Which as far as I'm concerned the gov't is to damn nosy to begin with. at any rate........
Also, I'm not merely talking about the home base with the house. When I say the farm, I mean all land, machinery, outbuildings and such that was in the parents name. Is there something about anything elsewhere other then the home property that this cannot be done?
If you got the time to explain, I'm all for trying to understand. Believe me when I tell you I am all about uncle sam kissing my ass and getting as little as possible. He's the biggest crook on the loose in this country today. | |
