What good is the farm if it will not make a profit and can not have houses on it???? $20,000 per acre, way to high.............


Doesn't sound out of line in an urban area. A building lot in that area is probably $100,000. A wealthy person could buy the 130 acres and either completely remodel the house with large additions or tear down the house and build a mansion. Most conservation easements would allow for either scenario unless the house has some historical significance. Keep a few horses out on pasture, maybe have their own driving range... lots of possibilities to impress their rich friends.
