East Central Kansas | I have a 14' swather and a 12 wheel rake and if I lay big wide windrows a 12 wheel rake is just barely big enough. So I'd say you need a 14 wheel or a vermeer R2800(or equivalent). Every one has given great reasons why you need one and I'd say they are all right on. I'd recommend a sitrex made wheel rake(caseIH and new holland are sitrex rakes) I took advice from NAT before buying a sitrex made rake (mine is a NH) and I've been really pleased with it. | |
