I've got 3 Petersen concrete fountains and highly recommend them.  I had Ritchies and wouldn't take a truck load of them for free.  Nothing but junk.  Rusted out in less then 10 years, floats froze up or running over all the time.

Petersens are cheap, relatively speaking.  I know they sell for less then the list price on their site.  I've got Super Pete 44C's and paid less then $700 each a few years ago.  Mine are all custom built to sheep height,  but the cattle ones are the same, just 4 inches higher.
