We normally don't rake anything. We round bale sudan, wheat, prairie and crabgrass hay. Probably 800 bales a year or more. It's mostly a one man operation. Does raking 2 rows or more together save that much time? To me it's just another pass, but I see alot of people do it.
P.S. Our prairie fields are rough.
