Subject: Cultiva ATC no DGPS output

anyone have problems with a cultiva ATC not outputting NEMA strings on either the com port or the DGPS output port.
The one i have here is currently looking for input and when connected to hyperterminal , disables my GPS signal and looks for NEMA strings at that port.

If you have any info it would be most welcome.
