NW Iowa | Water table is real high, culvert with a hole in it will wash them out but i can't find a hole in it. I did notice a new spring running along side of the culvert, its undermined a good 3 feet under the culvert too. And i'm really not sure how they're gonna fill it in, hope they do it before harvest, i farm both sides of the road there, driveways from that road is 1/2 to 3/4 mile haul to the bin site, if its shut down that'll turn into 4.5 miles or alot of traveling through the one field.
