| Emptied a bin last week that had some wetter (not sure how wet but it was starting to warm up a little) corn in it, I was down around 400 lbs/min.
That seemed painfully slow, used a lot of fuel and really gave the 2-135 a workout.
The neighbors New Holland that I grind with is a 355 behind a Ford 5900 tractor, somewhere around 60 hp I think. Thank heavens we don't grind much with that combo, 300 lbs/minute is about all she'll muster. | |
