 Your computer is compromised, disconnect the Ethernet cable (Internet). The installed security software too is compromised. This is not a simple removal because it loads itself and deletes it's original entries then replicates in different forms but there is an "Achilles Heel" an I'll walk you through it.

Beware many rogue fixes are available from google searches of this critter, several known Malicious Trojans and other malwares can be had through their use.
