You probably have the tools already, it doesn't sound like a particularly difficult one.
As always just google it - Bleeping computer is a good page to look at for advice.

There's a nice application on this page which will stop the pesky thing running so you can actually work on the machine.
I used it successfully on two similar infections recently (on neighbours PCs)
