That sure sounds like symptoms of incorrect oil flow. Is this a new setup or did the motor come off another application? You can get more than enough pressure by turning up the flow control but you may not have the gpm if the orifice is sized to small, or sending too much oil to the Rawson (no orifice) can cause problems also.
