Subject: Re: Trimble 0 degree heading versus ab line

Alberta
I am about 52 degrees north, in central Alberta. I was lead to believe that the Trimble system used true north when I put in a 0 degree heading and therefore it was pointing at the north pole and all lines would get narrower as they went north. Is this not true? It was our first year with RTK and some of our fields are 2 miles long north to south so I was concerned about how to set the lines parallel.
Thanks
Curt
