In this case, the cousin "likes" the page which is allowing him to post comments to the page at his own discretion.
For a cure to the problem, I think it's possible to make it so you have to approve comments to the page and to photos before they are actually submitted for viewing. This way, you get to decide whether his remarks even make it there. | |
