Start
Run
type "cmd"
hit OK
type "ping facebook.com"
hit enter
if you see something like:
Packets: Sent = 4 Received = 4
then the connection is there, and for some reason the page isnt coming up.
I'm with the other guy, if you are on wild blue or dial up, it is probably just too slow at the moment and is timing out.
